Thai massage

The Vipassana course took 10 days, 10 days of silence it was very nice. Every time is the experience different but very interesting. On the 10 day after about 11 am we were allowed to talk again. A joyful moment, to share our experiments.

Via a little detour to Bangkok I made it to Chiang Mai. This city is famous for Thai Yoga massage courses for me a reason to come here.
After a bit of comparing I'm doing now a 60 hour course with sunshine network. It is amazing what you can learn in 2 weeks and is great fun.

In Chiang Mai I met some people from Agama again, they have opened up a school for the first 3 months.

The Thai massage course will last till Friday, this week and then ... a bit of sightseeing here in Chiang Mai and then off to Pai i guess.

Koh Phagan to Vipassana

After more then 5 months on Koh Phagan doing Yoga.
It was time for me to leave via Bangkok i wentt to Phitsanlok were I will join a vipassana course today.

I came to koh phagan to see a friend and do at the most one week yoga.  It worked out differently, I did more then 5 months of yoga in the first 2 months of yoga (month 1 and 2)  we got 3 lessons a week each 3 hours. Most of the time the lessons were not 3 hours but more like 4 hours and later in the 4 month and up sometime even 4 hours. This includes teachings, yoga, meditations, pranayama etc.  Besides this I practised my own yoga for up to 5 hours a day. It just amazing yoga.

I already miss:

* the anahata meditations
* the yang spiral on full moon
* the revelation of the self
* the patanjali teachings
* karma yoga
* Shivarati
* potluck parties
* Bhajans at agama but also at the pyramid
* THE YOGA PEOPLE

Most people have left now, the season will start again in December. The yoga course has curriculeum of about 36 months ..Hopefully i will return next season for some more teachings.
