Tai Chi
I do Tai Chi since the beginning of December 2004. First only once a week. But now I try to do it every day. During the week I'm at 6:20 at the Sarphati park (Amsterdam) if you are in Amsterdam just come to the park and join. In the weekend I'm a bit later. To get up early and do some Tai chi is great and wakes you up for the day. Besides working out in the morning when the sun gets up and air is clean, that is the best time to do Tai Chi or Vipassana or any other sport. I hope that during my travels I will meet some people who like to do Tai chi.
