Skandra ashram

This morning I got up early had breakfast with Idly and chai and then I walked to Skandra ashram. Skandra ashram is located on Arunchella about 20 minutes uphill. I had a nice meditation then I read some bits out of Eckharts Tolle "The Power of Now". For lunch I went to Sadhu ohm, yummie tali for 30 rps.
